  I am a NYU College of Dentistry grad c/o 2018 praciticing in Portland, Oregon. 

  I signed up for Dr. Youngsam Kim's implant live surgery course in November of 2019 without having placed a single implant.  I had taken Dr. Kim's didactic lecture earlier this year, but still had no experience in implant placement.

  Each chair was shared with two training dentists, continuously overseen by at least two faculty members on rotation. I expected myself to feel anxious during the first implant placement, but with the help of faculty doctors, I was happy to find myself being more and more comfortable.  

  After 5 days with Dr. Kim and all of his wonderful faculty members, not only did I gain a deeper understanding regarding the implant placement, but also boosted my confidence in placing one as well. 

  Thank you, Dr. Youngsam Kim, and his wonderful faculty members, for such a wonderful time and the opportunity for me grow as a better dentist. I hope to come back as soon as possible, as many as possible.
